DIN EN 61000-3-11 VDE 0838-11:2017-04

This standard contains the German version of the second edition of the European Standard EN 61000-3-11 and is identical with the second edition of the International Standard IEC 61000-3-11. It contains requirements for voltage changes, voltage fluctuations and flicker caused by electrical and electronic equipment with an input current <= 75 A per phase, which are intended for connection to a public low-voltage power distribution network and are subject to conditional connection. In relation to the previous edition mainly the explanation of flicker exponents are replaced by new explanations.
