This Standard specifies automated measuring systems and automated measuring instruments which are used to continuously measure the concentration of nitrogen monoxide, nitrogen dioxide or nitrogen oxides in flue gas in the stationary sources, using the extractive method. However, this Standard does not apply to the measurement of dinitrogen oxide (N2O).The classification of measuring principle is as follows: a) Chemiluminescence system b) Infrared absorption system c) Ultraviolet absorption system d) Differential optical absorption spectrometry (DOAS)
