ratchets, routers, sanders, saws, screwdrivers, shears, staplers,
tappers, valve seat grinders and similar pneumatic tools.
These requirements apply to portable pneumatically powered tools
that contain electrical and electronic components.
These requirements apply to accessories and attachments for use
with portable pneumatic tools.
These requirements do not apply to fixed or stationary pneumatic
tools, powder-actuated tools, rescue equipment, or tools powered by
oxygen, combustible gas, combustible fuel or bottled gas including
air.
These requirements do not apply to tools intended for use in a
hazardous location as defined in the National Electrical Code, NFPA
