Description / Abstract:
The material defined by this specification is a reinforced rubber hose, resistant to DOT 4 and Super DOT 4 brake fluids and containing no extractable compounds that can cause swelling of hydraulic brake and clutch seals. The hose is not to be used for high pressure brake system hose applications.
