Description / Abstract:
The material defined by this specification is a polyvinyl
fluoride (PVF) film laminated to metal. The PVF layer serves as a
paint primer surface which allows adhesion of automotive exterior
baking paints onto difficult to paint metal substrates. The
material protects against stone chipping and is inert to chemical
attack and corrosion.
