Description / Abstract:
The material defined by this specification is a two component,
primerless, thermal conducting, solvent free, thermally conductive
adhesive. This material shall consist of vinyl terminated
polydimethyl siloxane, platinum catalyst, adhesion promoters and
alumina powder, with glass bead spacer material.
