1. SCOPE
The material defined by this specification is a bulked continuous filament (BCF) nylon, cut pile carpet, tufted into a synthetic primary foundation. The tufted carpet is then laminated with a polyethylene backcoating to a synthetic secondary backing for improved rigidity and strength.
