Description / Abstract:
This Standard contains complete general and dimensional
requirements for metric series socket set screws of nominal sizes
from 1.6 mm to 24 mm recognized as American National Standard. Also
included are appendices covering formulas for dimensions (Appendix
I), part numbering system and preferred sizes for government use
(Appendix II), and thread dimensions (Appendix III).
