Explains the development and use of the Best Productivity Practices Implementation Index for Infrastructure Projects (BPPII--Infrastructure). Shows users how to measure the level of their implementation of practices found to be statistically correlated to infrastructure construction productivity, and offers guidance on how to raise the level of implementation.
