Full Description

This specification applies to electroplated coatings of (i) nickel on steel, copper, brass, or zinc alloy, and (ii) chromium on nickel or stainless steel, except for the following: - coatings applied to threaded components having threads of basic major diameter from 0.050 to 0.50 in; coatings applied to sheet, strip, and wire in the unfabricated form, or in the form of coil springs; coatings applied for engineering purposes (eg. hard chromium).
